Raj has over 20 years of high-tech experience as both a successful entrepreneur and senior executive in Business Development, Operations and Engineering. Prior to founding Omnitrol Networks, Raj was a pioneer in the evolution of the Next-Generation Network, VoIP and Broadband Networks as CTO & VP Business Development at EmpowerTel Networks and Lara Networks. Raj held Senior Management positions at Nortel Networks, Bell Northern Research, McCaw Cellular, Bell Atlantic and AT&T Bell Labs. Raj holds a B.S./B.E. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the City College of New York and NYU.

Tom Grant has served as Chairman and CEO of ThingMagic since 2001. Prior to joining ThingMagic full-time as CEO in 2004, he was an early stage venture investor and business advisor to Boston's high technology companies. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Protos, and General Partner for Applied Technology, both early stage venture investment funds. He was previously with Softbridge MicroSystems, a PC software development company, and Data Resources, Inc., where he was group Vice President. Tom has served on the Board of Directors of several early stage companies. He is a Trustee of Northeast Health Systems, a $300M community health system north of Boston, and founder and Director of Heads Up!, a non-profit devoted to linking community service activity and student-athletes.

Dr. Colleran brings more than 20 years of semiconductor-industry experience to Impinj, most recently as Director of Business Development for Broadcom Corporation. Prior to joining Broadcom, he was CEO of Innovent Systems, Inc, which he led from the company's inception through its sale to Broadcom. Dr. Colleran previously worked for Merrill Lynch's Technology Investing Banking Group, focusing on financial transactions and acquisitions in the technology sector. He also has extensive engineering-design experience, both as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies and as a Senior Staff Engineer for TRW, Inc., where he developed high-performance data converters in silicon bipolar, GaAs HBT and GaAs MESFET processes. Dr. Colleran received his Ph.D. from UCLA in 1993, his M.S. from USC in 1985, his B.S. from Notre Dame in 1983, all in Electrical Engineering, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1996.
